Operations Manager – Wetherill Park NSW

We are looking for a hands-on Operations Manager to lead our Sydney branch production and installation teams.

This is not a desk-only role — we need someone who understands production environments, can manage a small, skilled team, and knows how to get the most out of people, processes, and equipment.

You will be responsible for ensuring work flows efficiently from production through to installation, maintaining high quality standards while meeting deadlines and output targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations across production and installation
• Lead and support a small team to maximise productivity and efficiency
• Coordinate workflow to ensure jobs are completed on time and to standard
• Monitor output, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements
• Maintain strong quality control across all stages of production
• Work closely with scheduling and sales to align workload with capacity
• Be hands-on where required to support the team and solve problems

About You

• Proven experience in a production or manufacturing environment (essential)
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a small team
• Highly organized with a focus on efficiency and output
• Practical problem solver who can think on their feet
• Comfortable being hands-on where required
• Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams
• Experience in signage, printing, vehicle graphics, or similar industries is highly regarded
