Major Xerox shareholder sues Carl Icahn

Bloomberg.com has reported that billionaire Carl Icahn bought a stake in HP knowing of Xerox’ bid plans and is thus being sued by a Xerox Holdings Corp shareholder.

The article reports that the Miami Firefighters Relief and Pension Fund filed the lawsuit in New York state court in Manhattan last Friday.

Icahn has not yet responded to the lawsuit.
