ISA International Sign Expo 2026: A Fresh Look for Global Print Professionals

ISA International Sign Expo 2026 will again bring together a broad cross-section of the global sign, display and wide-format print markets, offering print professionals a comprehensive view of current equipment, materials and production workflows.

For visitors, the show floor provides the opportunity to evaluate new printer technologies first-hand, compare output side by side, and assess performance in live production environments. Organisers say the ability to see systems operating in real time remains one of the event’s strongest attractions

A key focus of the Expo is real-world workflow integration. Exhibitors typically demonstrate complete production set-ups, with operators loading media, managing colour profiles, troubleshooting, printing, laminating, routing and finishing on site. This practical approach allows attendees to assess not only individual devices but also how they function within broader production processes.

Materials innovation will also feature prominently. As the sector continues to evolve, developments in environmentally conscious chemistries, advanced coatings, adhesives, rigid substrates and printable textiles are expanding application possibilities across signage and interior décor. ISA Sign Expo offers visitors the opportunity to examine and compare substrates and media directly, supporting informed decisions around new service offerings and market expansion.

Education remains an important component of the event. In addition to free learning opportunities on the show floor, a co-location with SEGD will include two design bootcamps. Further business-focused sessions are designed to support companies across different segments of the sign industry. Two organised tours, hosted by the Sign Research Foundation, will explore Topgolf Orlando’s use of signage and the master-planned smart city of Lake Nona.

Networking is another drawcard, say the organisers. The international profile of the event facilitates direct engagement with suppliers, peers and industry stakeholders, which they say often leads to stronger commercial relationships and improved market intelligence.

ISA International Sign Expo 2026 will take place in Orlando, Florida, from 7–10 April. Further information and registration details are available at www.signexpo.org.
