Spicers concludes acquisition of Spandex Australia

Spicers has concluded its acquisition of Spandex Australia, with both company’s leadership confirming that it will be ‘business as usual’ for customers, as both businesses continue to operate independently.

Ben Clarke, General Manager of Spandex Australia, said the focus remains firmly on customers, with no changes to day-to-day contacts, product portfolio, service, or trading terms. “We understand and recognise the importance of continuity in our service model moving forward – with the same team, the same expertise, the same portfolio of market-leading products, and the same commitment our customers rely on every day,” he said.
