VI PREVIEW / ASGA to run full program of events at Visual Impact

The Australian Sign & Graphics Association (ASGA) has released an exciting program of events which will run from its Stand I13 at the upcoming Visual Impact Expo, from 2-4 September at the Sydney Showground, Sydney Olympic Park, with a key focus both on the new training and upskilling opportunities the association has introduced recently, and on facilitating connection with potential partners for installation and other services.
The ASGA stand showcase program will include sessions on:
The Future of Apprenticeship Education, presented by BuildSkills, the National Government authority in charge of implementing/maintaining Cert III in Signwriting (2pm, Wednesday 2nd September).
Meet the Signage Installers, an informal meet and greet opportunity to connect Sign Companies with potential Installation Partners (4-6pm, Wednesday 2nd September).
Signage Education Short Courses, an introduction to the International Sign Association’s online short courses now available to ASGA Members (10am, Thursday 3rd September).
Signage Building Licensing Explained, bringing in CI Advantage to help ASGA members better understand the seemingly complex national requirements for licencing required to install signs (11am, Thursday 3rd September).
Under-pinning the above events is the opportunity to see all the 2026 Easy Signs National Sign & Graphics Award nominations up close and personal – displayed on stand J2-J5, before attending the biennial ASGA Awards Gala Dinner on the Thursday night, to see which companies scoop which awards. There is also the opportunity for anyone attending the ASGA stand to themselves vote on the People’s Choice Award too. The gala dinner night itself will be capped off by a separate ticketed event – the ASGA Awards After Party – which will commence at 10:30pm at the Locker Room, Rooftop Terrace.
