Vivad has a clear vision for their customers which is to provide an online user experience that is seamless. Where ordering large format print products is as easy as being on holiday.  It is this vision that has led to the next phase of development of their world leading web-to-print portal.

In 2019, the company launched Vivtrack 3 with a solid take up from the industry with 2,400 registered users. What the industry loves is that in one sitting they can choose from hundreds of print products, customize options, and upload design and artwork - not to mention the convenience of ordering online.

Vivad didn’t stop there. They kept listening to the needs of their customers and began planning the next phase of development.

Coinciding with their planning, the Victorian Government announced a five-million-dollar initiative the ‘Technology Adoption and Innovation Program (TAIP). The initiative was designed with Victorian small to medium sized enterprises (SME) firmly in their sights. The grant money was for businesses to develop innovative and commercial technology to enable them to contribute to Victoria’s economic recovery.

Vivad were successful in their bid for this funding which meant they could jump headlong into their project during the pandemic and come out ahead. The TAIP grant is a dollar-for-dollar co contribution scheme that is supported by the Department of Jobs, Precincts and Regions.

Vivad will be investing over one hundred thousand dollars for their project which they expect to be completed by mid-2022 with customers already enjoying some of the benefits of increased speed, more features. and better user experience.
