Wednesday, 23 March 2022 oOh!media announces two board resignations oOh!media announced this week that after 4 years in her role as Chief Financial Officer, Sheila Lines has announced her intention to leave the Company. Additionally announcing, that Mick Hellman will resign as a Non-executive Director of the Company before the April Board meeting, following the sale of HMI Capital’s shareholding in the Company. Sheila will depart the Company later this year to pursue external opportunities and will assist oOh! in the transition to a new CFO. oOh! CEO, Cathy O’Connor said: “Sheila has made an outstanding contribution to oOh! since joining as CFO in March 2018. She has been instrumental as part of the executive team in steering oOh! through the pandemic and strengthening the Company’s competitive position. “She will be leaving the Group with a strong balance sheet and capital management position which is fundamental to our strategic growth agenda. We are fortunate to retain Sheila’s continuing contribution as we transition to a new CFO. “I have personally valued Sheila’s counsel and support since joining as CEO and on behalf of everyone at oOh!, I wish Sheila every future success.” Ms Lines said: “Having been in the role for 4 years, and with oOh! now in a strong financial position, I believe it is the right time to seek further opportunities. I am proud to have been part of a strong team that’s managed oOh! through the challenges over the past two years and built a solid platform for the next stage of the Company’s growth.” Mick is the Managing Partner of HMI Capital Management L.P. He joined the OML Board in April 2020, when HMI Capital provided strong support to the Company’s capital raising in the early days of the COVID-19 pandemic. oOh!
