Role: Production Manager
We are seeking a dynamic Production Manager for our production and post production operations. Working in a small but experienced team, you will need to be hands on in the day to day manufacture of our products, production and post production/finishing, while at the same time overseeing general production operations. This makes for an interesting, busy and diverse role, with scope for role development into a more hands off management role as the business continues to grow. Working with cutting edge print technology and premium supplies, we produce high quality products for a wide range of markets across Australia. Our business has been around for over 35 years so we have a loyal customer base, a growing business and we are located in one of the most desirable places to live in Australia, Byron Bay, Northern NSW.

Digital Print Operator required to join our team producing architectural signage at our factory in Minto.

Hours 7.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday.

About the role
This is a full time position reporting to the General Manager - Display & Visual. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all stakeholders across the business. As the principal point of contact for our customers, you will assist with product enquiries, prepare quotations, process orders and provide all round practical and timely solutions.
Other responsibilities within this role include driving aged stock initiatives, stock control, purchasing from local suppliers and sales management of D&V house accounts.
You will be required to develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of the Company's Display & Visual Media range to build on our strong market position and to help grow our brand for the future.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience within a customer service or sales role. You will present a clear and positive communication style, a passion for providing an exceptional customer experience and a can do attitude.
