New Mutoh VJ-628MP to be showcased at PRINTING United

The Mutoh VJ-628MP will be shown for the first time in the Americas during the PRINTING United Show during October 23-25, 2019 in Dallas, Texas.

Launched by Graphics One and on display at the company’s booth, the Mutoh VJ-628MP is a specialised version of the VJ-628 and includes advanced hot-air directional heating from above and platen heating from below the substrate.

This unique heating capability enhances ink adhesion and curing on both coated and uncoated substrates. In addition to the unique heating technology employed by the VJ-628MP, the performance of the printer is enhanced with the use of the MP resin wonder ink that provides compatibility with a wide range of coated and uncoated substrates.

Mutoh’s ValueJet Status Monitor (VSM) lightweight software is compatible with the Mutoh VJ-628MP. A remote control for your printer, it provides real time monitoring on the printer status via PC and mobile devices, helping to maximise performance and streamline workflow. Ink system, heaters and even the latest firmware can be monitored via the VSM. The software also utilises Mutoh’s ColorVerify process control system to monitor colour output for consistent color production print after print.
