In addition to Alex McLelland, appointed Executive Vice President of Asia Pacific in May 2024, Dr Sylvia Lucht has assumed the role of Executive Vice President of EMEA as of 1 July. In this role, Lucht oversees the strategic business development of ORAFOL in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and India. Randall Mertz has been appointed Executive Vice President of the Americas and oversees the business development of the ORAFOL Group in Canada, the USA, and South America. McLelland is additionally responsible for strategic business development in the Asia-Pacific region The ORAFOL Group says its internationalisation activities have traditionally strengthened the value chain and ensured long-term independence. Consequently, ORAFOL has invested significantly in technological redundancy at its main production sites in Europe and the USA since its founding, spanning 2022 to 2024. The goal is to further develop the traditional production network to ensure that global market regions are not critically dependent on one another in the future. “Our aim is to be at the forefront of our industry. To ensure that we continue to succeed as a specialist in chemistry and technology and in the future, we are developing ORAFOL in the key market regions of EMEA, APAC, and the Americas. Through our ongoing investments, we are creating strong, independent production units,” says Dr Holger Loclair, Chairman & CEO of ORAFOL Group To continue positioning “Made by ORAFOL” successfully worldwide in this environment, ORAFOL is simultaneously implementing structural changes in its management. These key personnel responsibilities have been established for the three market regions where ORAFOL is active and has subsidiaries.
