Monday, 16 December 2019 Bokay Signage and Digital Print joins Jason Signmakers Group After the purchase of Expo Group earlier this year, WA’s leading signage business, Jason Signmakers, has announced the addition of Bokay Signage and Digital Print to the group. This strategic merger cements Jason Signmakers position as WA’s largest signage and print group, expanding both its resources and capability further. Bokay has been in the print and signage industry since 1984, making it one of the oldest in WA. The merger with Expo Group, which also has a well-established background in the WA market will recognise a number of synergies between the two companies, as well as offer an extended range of services to their client bases. “What attracted me to Bokay, and Expo, is that both businesses were built on a foundation of high-quality products, passionate people and a strong client base,” said John Mancini, Managing Director of Jason Signmakers. “That’s why I’m excited for this merger which will further strengthen these qualities. Further, as a part of the Jason Signmakers Group, we will provide a strong backing so that the new entity can focus on continuous improvement and growth opportunities in the print and signage space.” The merge is scheduled for completion in early 2020, when Bokay plans to move from its Bayswater premises to Jason Signmakers’ Welshpool location. “We are proud of what we are building – the Jason Signmakers Group is the undeniable powerhouse in the signage and print industry. We are especially proud of the many talented individuals who are working towards bringing our “one-stop shop” vision to life,” added John. “Alongside my wife Kay, I founded Bokay Signage in 1984. I am so proud of what we, along with my children have built since then. We have spent 35 years creating a company that has a strong commitment and passion for product quality and customer service,” said Bob Meade of Bokay Signage, who will continue to be involved with Bokay as a consultant while the transition is taking place. “I have no doubt that you will see some fantastic benefits from this merge with extended capabilities across print, large format signage, fabrication and project management being just some of the areas where resources will be increased.” Previous Article JCDecaux partnered with Movember to launch moustache facial recognition dispenser panel Next Article Major Xerox shareholder sues Carl Icahn If you have a news story, or story about an interesting project or installation please contact [email protected] Sign up to Image Magazine Newsletter.
