Stephanie Gaddin, Chair of Women in Print, gave a short welcome to all, thanking the Event Backers, Lettertech and Bounce LED for generously sponsoring the catering and drinks for the evening. Gaddin also announced a giveaway sponsored by HP targeting female commercial print operators working on HP Indigo Digital presses. Craig Walmsley, ANZ Country Manager for HP Industrial Print, said the company was delighted to partner with Women in Print to support the industry’s women by providing the opportunity to attend DScoop. “While our industry has come a long way in achieving more gender balance and inclusivity, there is still a lot of work to be done to ensure that we are developing our people across the entire talent pool, and we are excited to be working with Women in Print to help address the imbalance and promote women’s careers,” he said. “This opportunity to attend the APJ Dscoop event in Cebu will allow a female operator from the local industry to network with industry leaders, experts and professionals to explore how creativity can revolutionise every aspect of print by exploring creative opportunities that will help businesses differentiate, connect with customers and leverage new and emerging technologies.” To find out more about the prize or to apply go to https://womeninprint.com.au/dscoop-apj-2024 Previous Article Visual Impact Brisbane Opens today Next Article Photo Gallery - FESPA Australia SS Signs Open House Print 194
