FESPA Australia President Nigel Davies spoke, highlighting the importance of connection and the opportunities that the association and events such as these create. He also thanked sponsors Avery Dennison, Ball & Doggett, Coritex, Cactus Imaging, Durst, Easy Signs, Kissel + Wolf, Mimaki, Orafol, Print IQ, and Spicers, noting that without the generous support of the sponsor organisations, programs, and events for industry would not be possible. Davies then announced a new initiative for FESPA Australia, modelled on a successful UK program for youth in industry, and following the highly successful third iteration of the FESPA Future Leaders program. The new initiative will focus on a younger demographic in the industry, aiming to retain talent in the industry as well as attract young people to the industry. The FESPA Australia Sydney Social is scheduled for Thursday, Feb 27 at the Abbotsford Rowing Club.
