The Executive Leadership Program will run from 11–12 August 2025, in Melbourne, offering two full days of immersive senior leadership development for women and non-binary professionals in the print and broader visual media sector. Designed for team leaders, middle managers, and small business owners, the program focuses on strategic leadership, resilience, and leading with authenticity. The program will be conducted by Performance Leadership Coach Jo Wise who comes highly recommended from within the industry, with many testimonials including from Zaidee Jackson, National BDM - Sustainable Packaging at Ball & Doggett. “Working with Jo Wise has been one of the most transformative experiences of my leadership journey,” Jackson said this week. “I had the privilege of being coached by Jo in a leadership capacity, and what she brought to our sessions was not just expertise, but a deep, intuitive understanding of what it means to lead with authenticity. “She helped me see the power of representation and visibility, and how to approach complex situations through a new lens—one that balances strength with compassion, and clarity with care. “Jo doesn’t coach from the sidelines—she leads fiercely, fearlessly, and with intention. I’m deeply grateful for her presence in my life. She’s challenged and supported me to make conscious choices that have unlocked greater personal clarity and professional success. I am who I am today as a leader, not because I changed, but because Jo helped me fully step into my own leadership—anchored, values-led, and unapologetically me,” Jackson concludes.
