Bathurst Signs and Screen printing is an established Sign and print manufacturer located in Bathurst NSW. We are expanding our operation to support our growing distribution network nationwide. We are seeking qualified sales and estimator with skills in the sign, print or graphics industry

We are looking for a bright and motivated person to join our small 10- 12 person dedicated team.  The Position has been a key role for over 10 years in our business.

Previous sign, display and print industry knowledge is essential, knowledge in sales, and estimating will be an advantage, however we need a skilled person in working with clients, making chooses about the ‘right sign for the right person’ and have some understanding of estimating, sign and print processes as a part of the role

Full product and sales training will be provided

Responsibilities:

  • Having a smile on your face and client focused
  • Maintaining and building relationship with new and existing customers
  • Customer database maintenance, update and collect new leads and contacts.
  • Ensure sales inquiry, quotation and order processing completed accurately and professionally in a timely manner.
  • Ensure all customers’ inquiry direct to an appropriate personal or department and provide best services and solutions to customer
  • Performing the duties within our Job Description – available at interview
  • Identify and implement continuous process improvements to productivity and controls
  • Have a burning desire to do things properly and in a timely manner! Our business is a wholesale supplier and we have a very busy work place

 

Following skill and experiences are required for the successful applicant:

  • 3 years of customer service or sales experience in a B2B environment
  • Database software, design software
  • Telephone skill and a desire to focus on client needs.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Sales support experience essential and with signage and printing industries is an advantage, but not essential
  • Customer solution focused approach
  • Ambition - a drive to exceed expectation
  • General business computing skills
  • Excellent time management and able to meet deadline under pressure
  • Ability to work within a friendly team environment and autonomously as well
