A majority of the work we do aligns itself with the commercial & fit-out industry, producing 3D illuminated signage, internal 3D signage, Wall & window graphics to a high-end spec for high-end results We are looking for an experienced CNC, LASER & ENGRAVING machine operator to join our team full-time that not only knows how to run the machines but understand material & machine capabilities & limitations. We are looking for someone who is driven, enthusiastic and able to work under pressure independently & in a team environment. We're also open to looking at someone that has a background in signage and willing to learn to become the head operator The successful applicant’s role will be responsible for: Tool-pathing & Operating Multicam CNC router File setup & operation of various laser cutters & etching machines File setup & operation of Gravograph Engraver Understanding of what is required for production and quality level needing to be achieved for next stage of production Maintain machines for optimum performance Scheduling work & communicating within the team Secondary role responsible for: Assisting in signage production and Installation as required to meet deadlines Skills Required & will be of benefit to the role: Previous signage or CNC machining background (min. 5 years) Strong attention to detail Machine & material knowledge, use & capabilities Proficient in use of design & toolpathing software (Enroute / Gravostyle / Corel draw / Adobe Illustrator and other vector based softwares) Ability to communicate & work in a team environment Self-motivated & organised If this all sounds like you, we would love to hear from you.
