Previous sign, or print or embroidery industry knowledge will be highly regarded. It is essential that knowledge in people management, and management of manufacturing will be an distinct advantage. Responsibilities: Having a smile on your face and client focused Working with our existing and new staff and scheduling operations and production. Maintaining and building relationship with new and existing customers Customer database maintenance, update to an appropriate standard as set. Ensure order processing complete job orders are accurately and professionally manufactured in a timely manner. Ensure all staff and contractors are directed appropriately as per manufacturing departments and provide best services and solutions to ensure customer goods are manufactured to the designed requirements Performing the duties within our Job Description – available at interview Identify and implement continuous process improvements to productivity and controls Have a burning desire to do things properly and in a timely manner!
