Production Manager - Signage Industry

Comcut Group is an award-winning signage and engineering company located in Sydney’s North West (Mulgrave). We are seeking a Production Manager to join our team. You will be a team leader and be involved in the co-ordination, manufacture and installation of all aspects of signage. The Position requires you to:

• Be hands on in manufacture
• Have a background in fabrication
• Have knowledge in all aspects of signage manufacturing, including areas such as pylon signs digital printing, plastic and metal fabrication, and LED signs
• Prioritise workflow, communicate with production staff and supervise the production processes
• Have Flexi sign or Sign based programs experience
• Have a sound knowledge of sign installation methods and to ensure staff follow the necessary safety regulations
• Develop and manage processes and systems
• Have the ability to lead a team and mentor other team members
• Ensure a high standard of safety, quality, service and communication
• Highly organised and process driven
• Hold a current Australian driver’s licence

The following would be highly regarded with knowledge in:

• Welding skills
• CNC router operation
• EWP licence
