About the Role We are seeking a skilled and passionate Product Specialist to provide expert support, training, and technical guidance across our industry-leading hardware and software solutions. You’ll play a key role in empowering our internal teams, dealer network, and customers through product demonstrations, installations, and ongoing technical support. Your expertise will help drive customer satisfaction, enhance product knowledge, and support the success of our sales and marketing teams. Key Responsibilities • Provide in-house and on-site support, training, and installations for Roland DG hardware and software. • Deliver technical support to internal staff, dealers, and end users. • Conduct hardware and software product evaluations and competitor analysis. • Manage demonstration equipment and ink/supplies stock for testing and events. • Develop and deliver training content for Roland Academy and run Roland Clinic sessions. • Provide colour profiling solutions and liaise with media vendors. • Support sales with product demonstrations, sample creation, and technical insights. • Represent Roland DG at tradeshows, dealer events, and training sessions. What We’re Looking For Qualifications & Experience: • Demonstrated technical experience with hardware/software products. • Demonstrated experience in common design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop etc. • Experience delivering training (desirable). Skills & Competencies: • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Excellent problem-solving ability and attention to detail. • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities. • Proficient in various software platforms and technical systems. • Organised and able to meet deadlines.
