Skill Requirements

• planning and organisation skills and good hand-eye coordination.
• capable of lifting heavy loads
• capable of working outdoors and generally at heights
• knowledge of construction and building processes; including proper know how relating to tools, materials and methods for the erection and repair of signs on buildings, houses, roads and even highways would be beneficial.

Other Functions and Responsibilities

• ensuring sites and shipping containers are left clean and tidy on completion of work
• maintain vehicles and equipment in safe working order
• night and Country work as required from time to time
• weekend work as required
• ensuring jobs/orders are completed on time and photos taken and emailed of all jobs
• perform other duties as requested.

Required Qualifications or Experience

• minimum Year 10 schooling
• white card
• EWP (or willing to obtain)
• Working at Heights (or willing to obtain)
• power & hand tools experience beneficial

Required licenses

• Current Drivers License is required
• WAH/EWP Accreditation (or willing to obtain)
• Forklift Licence desirable
• LR or MR Licence Desirable

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

• handling heavy loads, physically demanding
• combination of sitting, standing, walking, bending, crouching, kneeling
• must be ready and willing to work in an arrangement of different weather conditions and locations.
• must be able to handle heavy lifting and working from a range of different heights off the ground.
• Working with hazardous materials
