Wednesday, 21 April 2021 Don't miss ASGA's webinar: "Do's and Don'ts of Neon Lighting" on 13 May The next ASGA webinar, entitled "Do's and Don'ts of Neon Lighting” is scheduled for 13 May 2021 and will cover hardware, servicing, longevity, compliance with BCA rules and standards, and more. ASGA Vice President Michael Blazek, who began his career in neon signs as a glass bender in 1981 and has co-owned Brisbane-based Neon Signs Australia since 1990, will be presenting this webinar. Michael undertook Len Williams’ Neon License class in 1993 and has held board positions in ASGA in Queensland and the National Executive, including President for over five years. His company has won numerous sign and art awards in Neon Illumination. Michael recently presented at the virtual Neon Speaks Symposium 2020 organised in San Francisco; and has presented neon lectures, hosted neon bus tours in Brisbane and taught several neon introductory class over the last five years. Darryl Beasley, IVE Group's Business Development Executive, will moderate the webinar. There will be an opportunity for Q&A on the day but in case of time restrictions, questions submitted prior to the webinar will be given priority.
