Swedish signage provider Visual Art partners with 7-Eleven Australia in huge digital upgrade

Stockholm-based Digital signage provider Visual Art is upgrading over 2500 communication channels in 7-Eleven stores in Australia through its local partner Digital Signage Group.

The partnership came as a result of the chain searching for a more flexible and easy-to-use software for their digital communication channels in-store.

The implementation for 7-Eleven in Australia has been ongoing since the beginning of 2021 with Digital Signage Group upgrading the screens to Visual Art’s unique solution CMS Signage player.

"It’s always fun when you enter a completely new market, and of course even more fun when you can make such a big deal for such a well-established customer. We have a long-term goal to grow outside Europe, and even though we are primarily focusing and investing in the Nordic region and Europe right now, Australia is a real feather in our cap for our solution" says Anders Apelgren, CEO of Visual Art.

Visual Art is already working with 7-Eleven in both Sweden and Denmark, but the agreement in Australia is completely independent of this collaboration.

"One of the great advantages of our solution is that we can handle both the technology and the content easily and securely remotely. It gives the customer great opportunities to quickly and easily change and adapt content, but also for us to help at all levels up to the end customer," concludes Anders Apelgren.

The digital rollout is expected to be completed by this summer.
