MUTOH's latest unique automated technologies provide consistent, high-quality prints for user efficiency. The new 'AccuFine' print head achieves outstanding print quality even at high speeds. MUTOH's MS31 ink has excellent outdoor life, and with GREENGUARD gold certification, is safe for indoor use. The 'AccuFine' print head is wider and delivers higher density with more accuracy than conventional print heads achieving both high-speed printing and excellent image quality. The 'AccuFine' print head can produce high-quality solid printing with minor banding even at high speed. The new print effect 'i-screen' created from MUTOH’s 'Intelligent Interweave' printing technology optimises the new print head 'Accutane'. By arranging the dots in a way that considers how they look, reducing banding for smoother print images. An automatic bi-directional alignment system has been added to the existing 'DropMaster technology', and it has evolved into DropMaster 2. The built-in sensor on the carriage automatically calibrates bi-directional alignments, saving time and reducing variation in operator adjustment. Paper feed correction can be automated by printing a print pattern and reading it with a sensor. This reduces the time and effort required for adjustment and media loss. The optimal print head height can be selected from 3 stages depending on the media used. This reduces the risk of contact and provides the highest print quality. To prevent cockling, the pressure rollers can be individually cancelled to adjust the pressure applied to the media finely. A wide range of media types can be fed under optimal conditions.
