Events were held in Adelaide, Perth, Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane and featured panel discussions with industry thought leaders and guest speaker Anneli Blundell, who discussed interpersonal intelligence and how to be more influential.

The Melbourne event was held at Fenix events in Richmond and was hosted by the Victorian Patron of Women in Print Kirsten Taylor, Taylor'd Press. The morning featured panel interviews with Kellie Northwood - The Real Media Collective,  Sophia Lindsay - Officeworks and Zaidee Jackson - Ball and Doggett who shared insights on maintaining work life balance and also the importance of mentorship and the impact that it has had on their careers.

Key note speak Anneli Blundell entertained the room with a lively discussion about how to be a credible communicator. “Capability doesn’t necessarily translate into credibility” said Anneli and the confidence with which you present yourself impacts the influence that you can have.

Anneli went on to share some practical communication tips around tonality, clarity of message and body language, giving participants in the room an opportunity to chat and share their experiences.

“How you show up matters. Your interpersonal impact works like a magnet; it either draws people to you or pushes people away from you and the difference is palpable” explained Anneli.
