ASGA Social Bowls Events to Kick Off in Victoria

The Australian Sign & Graphics Association (ASGA) is launching its 2025 Social Bowls events next month in Melbourne. Last year’s success is sure to set a positive tone for the national series.

The first event will be held on Friday, 28 February 2025, at the historic Melbourne Bowling Club in Windsor, the oldest bowling club in Australia.

According to Damian Nielsen, ASGA’s Member & Events Manager, the night will be perfect for a fun and relaxing get-together with industry colleagues and friends.
“The Social Bowls Events proved extremely popular last year, and it’s great to be able to bring them back for 2025 with the support of our 2025 National Bowls Series Sponsor, ORAFOL,” Nielsen says.
“As anyone who attended last year will agree, the Melbourne Bowling Club is a great venue and the perfect place to kick off the year with a night of friendly competition, with barefoot bowls, drinks and nibbles, and of course plenty of opportunity to network with others from across the industry.”

Doors open at 5:30 pm, with activities concluding at 7:30 pm. 

“It’s a great way to make use of the extra hours of daylight on a balmy summer evening in Melbourne and, with the venue right in the heart of Windsor just a stone’s throw from Chapel Street, there are plenty of places to head to afterwards if you want to get some dinner or continue the conversation with friends.”
