Roland launches new Application training days

Roland DG Australia has launched a new series of Application Days in its Sydney and Melbourne Creative Centres, focusing on the growing Direct-to-Film and UV Direct-to-Object printing markets.

Greg Stone, Marketing and Product Manager, says, “We’re highly aware that customers value seeing our devices in action, holding the stunning finished products they produce, and interacting with product experts for advice and answers. Customers are always inspired and impressed when they see the high-quality output our devices produce and how easy they are to operate.”

Stone adds, “By hosting these Applications Days across both Sydney and Melbourne, we’re intent on giving as many customers as possible the opportunity to learn more about our latest DTF and UV Direct-to-Print technology and the myriad of applications they can produce.”

Attendees at the DTF Application Days can expect to see demonstrations of the recently released TY-300 DTF printer and shaker unit, as well as applications for the custom apparel and textile markets.

The UV Direct-to-Object Application Days will feature demonstrations of various models in the VersaSTUDIO desktop and VersaOBJECT large format benchtop/flatbed UV range, highlighting their versatility when printing onto a wide range of objects and substrates.

On both days, attendees will have the opportunity to engage with Roland DG product experts, learn tips and tricks, ask questions, and experience the finished products firsthand.
Stone encourages everyone who is interested in DTF or UV Direct-to-Print applications to attend, saying, “These Application Days are a rare opportunity to have all your questions about DTF and UV Direct-to-Print answered and to see the latest Roland DG Technology in one place, at one time.”
