GJI Group acquires leading Australian signage brand Signpac

In a move to continue its investment into the digital, marketing, signage and media landscape, Brisbane-based GJI Group has acquired leading Australian signage brand Signpac.

GJI Group’s CEO, Mark James recently announced that the group was actively searching for brands to acquire which complement the group’s collective skill set and capabilities to help its clients find, keep and grow its customers.

Signpac, who will be joining existing GJI Group brands Customology, Colorcorp and Conversify, has been developing, designing and installing signage for over 20 years. The company’s specialisation in digital media signage has seen it grow and lead the market in the education sector.

“The Signpac technology and innovation allows our clients to leverage the best from static and variable display benefits,” said Larry Wainstien, Signpac founder and GM, who will continue to lead the team as Signpac continues its day-to-day operations from its Sydney office.

“We are very excited about joining the GJI Group. It gives our product and services a very bright and scalable future plus great career opportunities for our team,” he added.

“The Signpac acquisition is strategically important to the GJI Group,” said  Marcus Emery, GM, GJI Group. “Our existing clients are now able to benefit from Signpac’s leading edge digital display technology.”
