Thursday, 6 November 2025 Ball & Doggett opens new Experience Hub Ball & Doggett has announced the opening of its new Experience Hub in Brisbane. Designed to provide customers with a hands-on opportunity to explore, test, and compare a wide range of print and finishing technologies, the company says the Experience Hub represents its commitment to innovation and customer support in the sign, display, and packaging markets. Located near Ball & Doggett’s Brisbane site in Brendale, the Experience Hub offers a diverse range of equipment for demonstrations, including wide-format printers, finishing equipment, CNC routers and lasers, DTF printers, and heat presses. The supplier says that additional equipment will be added in the coming months. In addition to the equipment, the Experience Hub has a selection of consumables and substrates, allowing visitors to experience full workflow demonstrations from print through to finishing. “The Experience Hub is all about empowering our customers to make informed decisions,” says Rob Brussolo, GM Sign, Display, and Digital at Ball & Doggett. “There’s no substitute for seeing machines in action – understanding their capabilities, quality, and productivity firsthand helps customers select the right solution for their business.” Open to customers by appointment, the Experience Hub offers an interactive environment where printers, converters, and graphics professionals can gain insight into the latest print technologies and applications. “We’ve brought together an incredible range of equipment under one roof,” adds Brussolo. “It means our customers can test, learn, and explore new production possibilities – all with the guidance of our experienced team.” While appointments are available immediately for personalised demonstrations and consultations, the official launch event and Grand Opening are scheduled for February 2026. Customers can schedule a visit by contacting their local Ball & Doggett representative or visiting the company’s website at www.ballanddoggett.com.au/the-experience-hub.
