QMS has announced the expansion of its customer and strategic teams with the appointment of four new senior leaders, strengthening its national sales and strategy capability to deliver even greater results for clients.

Sophie Mylne has been appointed to the new Strategic Sales Manager role. Based in Melbourne, she will work closely with the national sales teams to develop client solutions and long-term strategic partnerships.
Mylne joins QMS after 14 years at Dentsu, where she led the AHM account. Her résumé also includes client roles at Vizeum and Mitchell & Partners.

In Sydney, QMS has recruited two new Group Business Directors, Bianca Jeffrey and Katie Micallef, to strengthen its presence with independent media agencies and direct clients, a key strategic priority for the business.

Jeffrey was previously Group Business Director at magazine publisher Are Media. Her experience also includes National Partnerships Manager at New Retail, Mirvac, and Key Account Agency Manager at Bauer Media.

Micallef joins QMS from the Nine Network, where she was a Group Business Manager. She has also worked at Omnicom Media Group and TorchMedia.

Also in Sydney, Jodie Bradley joins the NSW Agency team as Group Business Director. She spent more than 14 years at ARN in senior roles spanning sales, strategy and partnerships. Bradley has also held sales and media roles at Medium Rare Content, Ikon Communications and MTV Australia.

“It’s terrific to welcome Sophie, Bianca, Katie and Jodie to the QMS team. Each of them brings a wealth of experience and a deep understanding of how to deliver meaningful outcomes for our customers,” says Tim Murphy, Chief Sales Officer, QMS

“Their combined expertise will strengthen our ability to create smarter, more effective solutions that help brands connect with our audiences in powerful ways. As we continue to evolve our business, our focus remains on partnering closely with clients and agencies to deliver innovative, high-quality campaigns that drive measurable, sustainable growth. This investment in talent reflects our deep commitment to helping our partners thrive in an increasingly dynamic media landscape,” Murphy finishes.
