ORAFOL and Avery Dennison Confirmed as Gold Sponsors for National Sign & Graphics Awards

Avery Dennison and ORAFOL Australia have confirmed Gold Sponsorships for the 2026 ASGA National Sign & Graphics Awards, continuing their longstanding involvement with the awards program.

Hosted by ASGA, the National Sign & Graphics Awards are the premier event on the sign and graphics calendar, serving as both a recognition of achievement and a showcase of the best work the industry has produced over the past two years.

ASGA President Mick Harrold thanked the companies, noting that the early confirmations reflected suppliers' ongoing commitment to supporting the sector.

“ORAFOL and Avery Dennison have been strong supporters of our Awards in the past, and it’s great to have them back on board as the first confirmed sponsors for our 10th biennial Awards,” he said.
“Events like this simply could not happen without the backing of leading industry suppliers, and we are grateful and excited to have their support for this milestone event.”

Entries for the Awards will open on Monday, 9 February, following a call issued last week encouraging industry businesses to begin preparing their submissions ahead of the official competition launch.

Harrold said that while the 2026 Organising Committee has yet to confirm the categories formally, there would be broad representation across the industry.“Whatever part of our sector you operate in – whether it’s traditional brushwork and airbrushing, pylon and sky signs, retail fit out or wayfaring signage, sculptural and fabricated projects, routing and engraving, illuminated and neon signs, or digital LED and LCD screens, there will be a category that suits you,” he said.

The winners of the competition will be recognised at the ASGA 2026 National Sign & Graphics Awards Gala Presentation Dinner, to be held on Thursday, 3 September in Hall 2A at the Sydney Showground, Sydney Olympic Park.

“This event will be the crowning highlight of a week where the focus of the industry will be on Sydney, with the Visual Impact Conference & Expo running from Wednesday 2 – Friday 4 September at the Showground,” Harrold says.

“In the mornings during the show, this venue will be home to the Conference, but on Thursday evening it will be transformed into a sparkling ballroom for the gala awards ceremony, providing the perfect venue for us to celebrate excellence over a gourmet three-course dinner, music and entertainment.

“This really is the industry’s ‘Night of Nights’, so I’d urge everyone to mark the date in your diary now, and watch for tickets which will be on sale from June 2026,” concludes Harrold.
