Monday, 26 January 2026 JCDecaux bolsters executive leadership JCDecaux ANZ has appointed John Harris, Jemma Enright and Eddie Foo to its executive leadership team, supporting the next phase of the company’s growth. Max Eburne, Co-CEO, JCDecaux ANZ, says, “These appointments bring strengthened leadership across Sales, Product and Strategy, with John, Jemma and Eddie stepping into key roles that support our performance and growth agenda. Harris has been appointed Chief Sales Officer, marking the next step in his 19-year career with JCDecaux in the UK and Australia. Over that time, he has held multiple leadership roles across the business, most recently as General Manager, Sales, which has given him a deep understanding of JCDecaux’s operations, clients, and markets. Known for his commercial acumen and people leadership, he oversees National Sales, Trading and Programmatic, driving customer success, revenue growth and market performance. Enright becomes Executive General Manager, Product, following her success redefining JCDecaux’s airport product strategy as General Manager, Airports. Enright draws on her 25 years of strategic media, product and innovation experience to lead the company’s product portfolio, ensuring JCDecaux’s network continues to set the benchmark for quality and effectiveness in Out-of-Home media. Foo has been appointed Executive General Manager, Strategy. With more than 20 years of senior leadership experience across media, construction, travel and industrial services, he has played a central role in shaping JCDecaux’s business strategy and leading major tender programs since returning to the business in 2019. He is well-positioned to advance the company's long-term growth initiatives.
