FESPA Australia is holding the second of its SGIA Colour Management Bootcamps with Starleaton in Melbourne Tues Sept 3 – Thurs Sept 5. Places are limited. Book now!.

The course is the first step in an SGIA Certified Digital Professional program. At the end of the course, the students can sit an exam and later submit a corrected print to the USA to earn a digital certificate which is their own personal, professional qualification.

SGIA and FESPA Australia will be investing in making this qualification recognised through-out our industry. We want print buyers to choose a printer because they are confident knowing that a colour professional is on staff. We want our students to earn a qualification that is valued by industry and future employers.

Davies says – “another goal is to build a community of hand-on colour professionals that are working in the industry. We want  people who have completed the course to find it easy to reach out to their alumni and teachers when they face challenges with colour.”
