The partnership addresses the needs of the higher production industrial digital textile printing market. The strategic technology partnership enables Ricoh to extend its DTG offering into higher productivity market segments and demonstrate its commitment to the textile market. In addition, they will focus on improved sustainability and better cost-efficiency. It will also feature Ricoh's inkjet printhead development expertise and knowledge. Colour management capability and print data generation are to be provided by ColorGATE, which is based in Germany and owned by Ricoh.
