Friday, 9 August 2019 Jones Bros takes over DIC Screen Printing Division After more than 50 years servicing the Screen Printing industry, DIC Australia has undertaken a major review of its activities and decided to withdraw from the industry. Not wanting to leave its customers without a supply source, the company had been in discussions for much of the year to find a company to take on its business. Jones Bros, a well-known, well-established Screen supplier, was chosen and all DIC’s customer and supplier details and remaining stocks made available to them. “DIC and Sun Chemicals have excellent ink technology, and DIC Australia are pleased to work with Jones Bros, a well-known, and well-established Screen supplier, to ensure on-going supply of these inks to the Australian Screen industry,” said Steve Ilett, Business Manager Trading/Branch Manager Victoria and South Australia. Matt McInerney, Sales Manager, Jones Bros added: “DIC has an excellent product portfolio with a well-recognised name in the industry. From the Jones Brothers perspective, we are very excited to take to take on DIC’s existing screen printing supplies and services, and assisting existing DIC customers as well as new going forward into the future. Jones Brothers have been supplying the screen printing industry for over thirty years so feel that we are a natural fit for this transition, and the products are a complimentary addition to existing lines.” Previous Article Epson lowers total cost of ownership with new dye-sub printer Next Article Roland previews new award winning dye-sublimation printer If you have a news story, or story about an interesting project or installation please contact [email protected] Sign up to Image Magazine Newsletter.
