DuPont launches Jettable Adhesive for DTF

DuPont recently launched a new component of its complete Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing solution. The solution comprises Artistri P1600 DTF pigment inks, Artistri DTF-120 transfer film, with the new component known as Jettable Adhesive. The company says the new technology eliminates the need for TPU powder and provides an inline adhesive application.

DuPont Artistri Jettable Adhesive, when used with DuPont Artistri P1600 DTF ink and DuPont Artistri DTF-120 film, delivers a noticeably softer hand feel and elevated garment quality without the mess of traditional TPU powder, while maintaining wash-fastness durability. The new liquid adhesive is jetted directly onto the print during the DTF printing process, enabling cleaner production, improved efficiency, and consistent, high-performance results.

Designed for compatibility with modern printheads and scalable for industrial use, Jettable Adhesive enables powder-free DTF printing.
