New Rotary Rack for VersaUV Flatbed Printers from Roland DGA

Roland DGA USA announced they are now selling and distributing the Rotary Rack – a new, affordable, ultra-durable attachment that fits inside VersaUV LEF Series benchtop UV printers and makes printing directly onto cylindrical objects easier than ever.

The Rotary Rack boasts rugged aluminium construction for long-lasting performance and innovative features that enhance user experience, superior print quality, and better overall results. Equipped with this device, VersaUV LEF and LEF2 users can print high-quality graphics on bottles and other cylindrical items as small as .25 inches thick and up to 3.75 inches thick. In addition, the Rotary Rack has a useful component that makes printing on tapered objects quick and simple. Assembly and setup are also a breeze. Users can be ready to print with the Rotary Rack just minutes after taking it out.

“With its unique design, advanced features for optimum efficiency and ease of use, and solid aluminium construction, the new Rotary Rack was developed with high-quality cylindrical printing in mind,” said Roland DGA Co-creation Product Manager Kitt Jones. “It complements the already impressive capabilities of our LEF Series flatbeds, allowing them to print eye-catching graphics on an even wider variety of objects.”

Versions of the Rotary Rack (offered at different price points) are available to fit Roland DG VersaUV LEF-12i, LEF2-200, LEF2-300, and LEF2-300D benchtop flatbed UV printers.

The Rotary Rack further expands the print applications of VersaUV LEF Series devices, enabling users to direct-print vibrant, detailed graphics and text on a vast array of curved and three-dimensional objects. Specially formulated ECO-UV inks in CMYK, White, and Gloss are designed to bring out the best in the VersaUV LEF flatbeds. The White and Gloss specialty inks make it easy for users to incorporate stunning textural effects into their prints, adding visual appeal and value.
