The provisions stipulate preventative maintenance intervals, and the warranty starts on delivery. “Preventative machine maintenance has always been a principle of ours to avoid problems arising in operation,” concludes Eicher. Phil Trumble, owner of Pozitive, the Australian distributor, says, "Swissqprint is renowned for its reliability and the quality of the build. The extension of the warranty to 36 months gives you peace of mind, so you know that when you buy a SwissQ, you know the factory stands by its product. The warranty covers the entire machine except for consumable parts and includes the printheads, which demonstrates a clear commitment to the quality and longevity of the product."
