It can apply both cold glue and hot glue simultaneously in various shapes, whether lines, dots, or sprays,” says Phil Trumble, owner and managing director of Pozitive. “Meeting with Felix Gluer, I realised this product is essential for many companies that still apply glue manually,” he added. Felix Gluer recently introduced the new twin-head Duet machine at drupa, complementing its single-head machine. Trumble confirmed that there is already interest from the Australian market. Slawomir Marć, head of international sales at Felix Gluer, stated that the company has installed 200 machines globally through partners in the USA, Canada, and Europe since commercialising its products in 2017. “For Pozitive, this fills a gap in their portfolio. In packaging on demand, you need to print on carton or corrugated material, cut it, and then glue the box or POS display,” Marć said.
