Mimaki appoints new service partner

Mimaki Australia has announced the appointment of FXBC Mid North Coast as its latest service partner.

Beginning in early 2025, FXBC Mid North Coast will manage the installation and servicing of Mimaki equipment across the Mid North Coast region, including Grafton, Coffs Harbour, Dorrigo, and Port Macquarie.

The partnership reflects Mimaki Australia’s focus on expanding its service network to enhance customer support and ensure optimal equipment performance.

To prepare for the role, the FXBC Mid North Coast team participated in technical training at Mimaki’s Sydney showroom from December 2 to December 4. The training covered installation processes, maintenance procedures, and product-specific knowledge, equipping the team to provide reliable and efficient service.
