Janet / Thursday, 12 March 2026 / Categories: Latest News Sponsors & Exhibitor List Grows for Visual Impact Sydney The Visual Impact Expo, to be held in September in Sydney is the leading event for the Australian and New Zealand sign, digital print and graphics sector in 2026. The show is now taking shape rapidly, with prime positions under the Sydney Showground’s Dome filling fast, and more industry suppliers stepping up to sponsor the event. Bookings for Visual Impact 2026 in Sydney are gathering pace, with host and organiser Visual Connections reporting that ‘prime real-estate’ is booking up quickly, with numerous companies confirming their participation in the last couple of weeks, and many more in discussions to secure their own stand. More leading suppliers have also thrown their support behind the show, with Epson taking out a Gold Sponsorship, and SAS Suppliers Group coming on board as a Silver Sponsor. According to Shireen Da Costa, Exhibition & Events Manager for the event’s host and organiser, Visual Connections, the exhibition is now ‘really taking shape’. “It’s exciting to see the floorplan gradually fill with exhibitors that represent a real cross-section of products and services for the industry, and to get our first real impression of what the show will look like,” Shireen says. “Just over the past couple of weeks, a number of key suppliers have finalised their stand locations, and we are close to finalising discussions with many others, which is a great position to be in six months out from the show. “Epson has recently secured a prime position adjacent to The Hub at the centre of the exhibition space, providing another major destination for visitors, and SAS, Finance@Work, Interone and Ecolease have also confirmed bookings in recent days,” she reports. The newly-confirmed exhibitors join other major suppliers including Roland DG, Graphic Art Mart, Mimaki, HP, Additive Machines, ADM Systems, Ball & Doggett, Multicam Systems, Mutoh Australia, Pozitive Sign & Graphics Supplies, SA-LED Australia, Shanghai Totem Exhibition Co, Shann Group and Stick-on-Signs. Many of the major participants in the show have also taken out sponsorships, with Epson and SAS the latest to confirm their support. “It’s particularly pleasing to have Epson join Mimaki, Graphic Art Mart and HP as a Gold Sponsor, and SAS showing their support with a Silver Sponsorship,” says Visual Connections CEO, Karren Challoner-Miles. “It’s been said before, but it does bear repeating: Without the support of leading companies like these, and of course our Platinum Sponsor Roland DG, industry events like Visual Impact simply wouldn’t be possible. “As the association representing suppliers to the sector, we are very conscious that it is invariably they who step up to provide this support, and we thank each of these companies for demonstrating their commitment to the industry in this way.” With prime locations now filling fast, those who are still thinking about exhibiting should explore their options as soon as possible, Shireen says. “The traditional ‘prime real-estate’ along the central corridor is definitely moving fast, but the circular design of this show means that the traffic flow should be good throughout the Dome – so, whatever sized stand you want, we’ll be able to find you a great position,” she promises. A strong turnout is expected for Visual Impact this year, with several co-located events adding plenty of reasons for visitors to plan to be in Sydney. These include the inaugural Connect Conference for business owners and senior leadership which will run on all three days of the show, the 2026 ASGA National Sign & Graphics Awards on Thursday 3 September, and a series of Make it Happen Signage Bootcamps also planned for the Sydney Showground that week. Visual Impact Conference & Expo 2026 will be held at the Sydney Showground, Sydney Olympic Park, from 2-4 September 2026.
