Canon announces new service program ProCare for Colorado 1640 and 1650

Canon Production Printing Australia has announced ProCare, a groundbreaking new after-sales service program for its Colorado roll-to-roll printer wide format printer series.

From 1 January 2021, Colorado 1640 and 1650 owners can benefit from maximised uptime through access to spare parts, preventive maintenance and remote software application support for increased productivity and minimal downtime.

ProCare’s premium counterpart, ProCare+, provides additional support options including premium rapid onsite response, and print head replacement and maintenance.

Colorado series printers are designed for optimal productivity with minimal operator intervention and manual maintenance. ProCare and ProCare+ have been designed to extend this ability in an effort to give customers the added confidence they need to deliver quality, tight turnaround times, business growth and increased profits.

ProCare and ProCare+ are both available for three, four or five years, with the option to extend support after the initial contract has ended.
