Total Image Supplies appoints Mutoh Technician

Melbourne-based Total Image Supplies (TIS) has appointed technician Bayezid Hossen, who is 'Hossen' to colleagues and customers, to provide a broad range of services, including installation, training, colour profiling, parts management, documentation and overall system optimisation to the company’s rapidly growing Mutoh customer base.

"We are super excited to add Hossen to our team to further support our growing fleet of Mutohs out in the field. His skill set is invaluable to ensure we are supplying our customers with the level of service they are accustomed to. Additional support in installations, applications, profiling, colour management, Services and break fixing will keep Total Image Supplies at the forefront of a rapidly expanding market," says Managing Director Tyson Buechler.

Hossen brings broad practical knowledge as an Electrical & Electronic Engineer, from which he holds a Bachelor of Science degree and six years of international experience, specifically in large-format printing technology and software, working with all the major RIP manufacturers.

"I am passionate about solving complex machine problems, learning about new technologies, and improving systems to make them work better. I particularly enjoy training customers and end users on machine operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting procedures as this empowers them to maximise machine and systems efficiency," says Hossen, adding, "Joining Total Image Supplies is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team and push the boundaries of what's possible in the printing industry."
