The Avery Dennison Wrap Battle has wrapped up at PacPrint 2025, delivering three action-packed days of timed competition, technical precision, and creative flair, as over twenty of Australia and New Zealand’s top vehicle wrappers went head-to-head on the show floor.

Hosted by Avery Dennison and backed by leading suppliers Graphic Art Mart, Spandex Australia, and Ball & Doggett, the contest tested real-world installation skill under pressure.

Each day, competitors were challenged to apply a high-quality vehicle wrap against the clock. Judged on technique, edge sealing, clean cuts and final finish, each round offered participants the opportunity to demonstrate their skills and expertise in front of a live audience.

At 4:30pm each afternoon, the highest-scoring participant of the day was crowned, receiving a $500 gift card, a limited-edition Avery Dennison Wrap Toolkit, Wrap Smarter T-shirt, and an exclusive hat. The winners across the three days were:

  • Day One Winner (20 May): Sam Saqqaf
  • Day Two Winner (21 May): Jordon Amos
  • Day Three Winner (22 May): Ryan Wilson

Each winner emerged from a field of strong contenders, with strong displays of skill and precision.

The ultimate accolade, the Wrap Battle Championship Belt, was awarded to Jordon Amos from Bailey Print Garage who achieved the highest score of all competitors in the three days of competition. In addition to industry recognition, the Grand Champion also receives a free seat at the Avery Dennison 2025 Wrap Class.

The high level of interest and engagement from attendees reflected the growing appetite for hands-on demonstrations and skills-based challenges at trade events.
